  4. Shipping the Return: Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

  1. Exchanges
    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, you must return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
