Ordering

Do you take cash on delivery?

No. We're prepaid only. Nothing is held in stock, so your payment is what starts us cutting.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order.

When will it arrive?

Each set is made after you order it, so timing depends on the piece. We'll email you the tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.

What if I pick the wrong size?

Email us and we'll sort out an exchange. See Shipping & Exchanges.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return something?

We don't accept returns. We do exchange — for the wrong size, a damaged piece, or the wrong item. Email laayups@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos, and keep the set unworn and unwashed with tags on until we reply.
